Each tray is one of a kind, made entirely from salvaged or storm-downed trees, so slight natural variations are part of its handmade character.

Wood options: Cherry, Walnut, Ambrosia Maple, and Maple.
Finish & care: Sealed with food-safe oil, then waxed and buffed. Wipe clean with a damp cloth, a little mild soap, and warm water, then dry with a towel. When the wood looks dull, rub in a small amount of mineral or walnut oil, let it sit a few minutes, and wipe off the excess. Never place in the dishwasher or microwave.
