Finish & care: sealed with food-safe oil and natural beeswax. Hand wash and wipe dry, and re-oil occasionally to keep the wood looking its best. Never place in the dishwasher or microwave.

I am super disappointed. The board that I chose has just one line of color. I would have chosen a single different color if I had know it was going to look like this. Not at all what I expected.
